No. I operate on a completely flexible model with no retainer and no minimum contract period. You only pay for the time you use at £60 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments.

Where are you based and can you visit on-site?

Most support is delivered remotely as standard. I am based in Cornwall where I can offer on-site support for hearings, meetings, and investigations. We also provide full remote HR support to businesses across the entire UK. This must be agreed in advance.

What qualifications do you hold?

I am CIPD qualified, ensuring professional, current, and legally compliant guidance across all aspects of human resources and UK employment relations. I have over 10 years experience in managing people and employee relations. 

How quickly can you assist with urgent issues?

I understand that employee relations and grievance matters can arise suddenly. Because I offer ad-hoc assistance, I can step in swiftly to provide immediate advice or run formal investigations. For routine matters I aim to respond with 24 hours on contact. More urgent support will be provided where required.
