How I deliver support
Most support is delivered remotely across the UK by email, scheduled telephone calls and Microsoft Teams meetings. I can review documents, draft letters and policies, advise managers, prepare for meetings and support HR processes remotely. For clients in Cornwall, on-site support can also be arranged where appropriate, for example for investigations, disciplinary or grievance meetings, consultation meetings or more complex employee-relations matters. On-site work is agreed in advance.
